Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality service and maintenance for security systems.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and improve first-time fix rates.
• Ensure system performance, response efficiency, and profitability.
• Support installations and manage client relationships effectively.

Required Skills:

• 4–8 years’ experience in servicing Access Control, CCTV, and Intruder Alarms.
• Strong networking knowledge, including IP technology and VLANs.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Flexibility to work overtime and support an on-call rota.
