About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Commissioning Engineer to join a dynamic team and work on cutting-edge security systems projects. The role involves frequent travel, primarily within Europe (notably Germany) but also across other regions, ensuring system installation, commissioning, and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

• Engineer and review physical layouts and system security designs.
• Manage on-site trades and align security dependencies to project timelines.
• Communicate effectively with clients, project teams, and local service partners.
• Perform high-level testing, troubleshooting, and basic programming for security systems.
• Commission systems, ensuring quality standards and client satisfaction.
• Train on-site clients on the operation of installed systems.
• Provide updates to the Operations and Maintenance manuals as required.
• Maintain compliance with Health and Safety standards.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in commissioning and troubleshooting security systems.
• Strong understanding of access control, network video systems, and IP networking.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with enterprise-level systems and projects.
• Flexibility for frequent travel, including international trips.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of confidentiality and client service.
