Service Technician – Bay Area, CA

Job Overview:We are seeking a skilled Service Technician to service, maintain, troubleshoot, and install security systems for corporate clients. This role requires technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform service calls, routine inspections, and advanced troubleshooting.
• Provide remote and on-site technical support.
• Test and ensure system performance after installation.
• Adhere to project schedules and report delays.
• Maintain accurate service logs and documentation.
• Collaborate with engineers to resolve system issues.
• Follow safety protocols at all times.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in security system installation, servicing, or design.
• Experience with Lenel, CCure, or Genetec required.
• Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, Cisco, routing, switching).
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Valid California Driver’s License.

Preferred:

• Vocational/technical training.
• Security system installation experience.
