Service engineer - South East

Security Service Engineer 

Location: London and Southeast

Salary - 35k - 45k 

Principal Responsibilities:

• Perform routine servicing and maintenance of security systems (CCTV, access control, intruder alarms) and fire alarm systems efficiently.
• Diagnose faults, carry out repairs, and ensure systems are fully functional.
• Communicate effectively with customers and address any system issues or concerns.
• Plan and manage daily tasks, ensuring timely completion of scheduled and emergency work.
• Complete all paperwork accurately and on time, adhering to company standards.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in servicing fire and security systems.
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to test, terminate, and identify system cables.
• Competent with containment systems and system interfacing (e.g., HVAC).
• Manufacturer training (e.g., Notifier, Gent) is advantageous.
