Are you an experienced leader in service operations with a background in planned and reactive maintenance? We're recruiting for a Service Team Leader to join a growing team in the East Midlands, working for a well-established building safety services provider.

In this role, you'll be at the heart of managing a team of Fire Damper Engineers—ensuring projects run smoothly, KPIs are met, and customer satisfaction remains top-notch. You'll also play a key role in identifying training needs, supporting service delivery improvements, and liaising between engineers, clients, and management.

🔑 What You'll Be Doing:

• Leading a team of fire damper testing & remedial engineers

• Coordinating service delivery and scheduling

• Maintaining strong client relationships

• Ensuring compliance, high-quality reporting & performance monitoring

• Driving operational improvements & staff development

💼 You Bring:

• Proven leadership in a maintenance or engineering services environment

• Excellent coordination, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Strong attention to detail & ability to thrive under pressure

• Familiarity with industry standards (DW145 knowledge is a plus)
