Salary €45,000 – €65,000 DOE

As a Fire / Security engineer you will be looking after the installation and maintenance of various forms of life safety and security solutions for our clients, ranging from CCTV, access control, intruder and fire alarms and panels. You will work with a broad range of our clients in various sectors across Munster.

Responsibilities

• Installing, integrating and commissioning life safety / security systems specified to the requirements of clients and customers.
• Demonstrating system knowledge and expertise.
• Provide excellent customer support.
• Keeping accurate and consistent records / documentation.
• Undertake system maintenance and testing.
• Carry out system repairs, upgrades and troubleshooting.
• Quality assurance.
• Handover of security systems.
• Carry out compliance checks and ensure they are up to industry standards.
• Ensure the lifespan and performance of security systems is to the highest standard.

Experience

• Minimum of 3 – 7 years’ experience as a security / fire engineer dealing with CCTV, Access Control and intruder systems / life safety systems, fire alarms / panels.
• Extensive system knowledge gathered throughout your career.
• Ability to work well as part of a team and able to work independently with your own initiative.
• Good verbal and communication skills.
• Full driving licence.
• Experience with undertaking and completing large install and maintenance projects to high standards.
• Ability to solve problems efficiently.
