Salary €45,000 – €65,000 DOE

As a fire engineer you will be looking after the installation and maintenance of various forms of fire and life safety solutions for our client, including installs, maintenance of fire and life safety systems, gas suppression and emergency lighting.

Responsibilities

• Installing, integrating and commissioning fire systems specified to the requirements of clients and customers.
• Demonstrating system knowledge and expertise.
• Provide excellent customer support.
• Keeping accurate and consistent records / documentation.
• Undertake system maintenance and testing.
• Carry out system repairs, upgrades and troubleshooting.
• Quality assurance.
• Handover of fire and life safety systems.
• Carry out compliance checks and ensure they are up to industry standards.
• Ensure the lifespan and performance of fire systems is to the highest standard.

 

 

 

Experience

• Minimum of 3 – 7 years’ experience as a fire engineer dealing with installation, maintenance, commissioning and handover of fire and life safety systems.
• Extensive system knowledge gathered throughout your career.
• Ability to work well as part of a team and able to work independently with your own initiative.
• Good verbal and communication skills.
• Full driving licence.
• Experience with undertaking and completing large install and maintenance projects to high standards.
• Ability to solve problems efficiently.

 

Advantageous Criteria

• Fire and life safety systems knowledge
