We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Director to lead and oversee the operational functions of a well-established fire and security solutions provider. With over 50 years of industry expertise, our company delivers cutting-edge security technology and comprehensive safety solutions to both domestic and commercial clients.

The Operations Director will be responsible for driving operational efficiency, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and maintaining our reputation for excellence. This role involves overseeing site surveys, consultation services, and our 24-hour emergency response operations, while also managing teams to uphold the highest industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and optimise operational processes to enhance efficiency and service quality.
• Oversee the delivery of fire and security solutions, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
• Manage and develop teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate site surveys, consultations, and customer support services.
• Ensure the effective deployment of security technologies and emergency response services.
• Drive business growth by identifying opportunities for operational enhancements.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in an operations leadership role within the security, fire safety, or related industry.
• Strong strategic planning and project management skills.
• Expertise in security technology and compliance regulations.
