We are recruiting on behalf of a leading UK provider of innovative security and access control solutions. As they continue to expand their market presence, they’re looking to take their sales team to that next level.
This role offers the opportunity to shape and execute a national sales strategy that will drive the company's future success. You'll be working in a high-growth market, leveraging cutting-edge cloud-based access control solutions in an evolving security tech landscape. With autonomy and ownership, you’ll lead new business development, build key relationships, and make a real impact. As the National Sales Manager, you will take ownership of developing and executing a strategic sales plan to drive business growth and expand market penetration across the UK. You’ll be responsible for identifying and engaging high-potential leads, nurturing them into long-term clients through consultative selling and tailored solutions. Building and maintaining strong client relationships will be key, ensuring a best-in-class experience while positioning the company as a trusted leader in cloud-based security solutions. Staying ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities will be crucial, enabling you to effectively communicate product benefits and market differentiators. In collaboration with the marketing team, you’ll leverage social media—particularly LinkedIn—to enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and establish thought leadership. Utilizing data-driven insights, you’ll track performance, analyze trends, and continuously refine sales strategies using CRM tools, ensuring a dynamic and results-oriented approach to business development.
