Job Title:    Field Based Engineer - South West London

Location:   Field/ Office / Home Based Role

Working Hours:   0830hrs - 1730hrs /As per contract terms

Salary: £35,000 DOE + OTE

Summary of Main purpose of the job:

To attend customer sites for reactive and PPM works inline with KPIs and SLAs.

The position requires a proactive role “can do” attitude at all times to provide on-going support and assistance to All Customers, Engineering and Management Staff to ensure that the levels of customer service are achieved to the required company standards.

Position in the organisation:

Responsible to:    Service Manager / Service Operations Manager / Service Director

Works in conjunction with:    All Departments

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide field based reactive and preventative works in conjunction with the helpdesk team to deliver high quality customer service to all Customers and internal teams;

• Ensure all call attendances are attended promptly.
• Ensure communications are clear and accurate at all times.
• Ensure return visits are completed and actioned in line with contract obligations
• Ensure at all communications between the Helpdesk and management team is timely, informative and conclusive
• Ensure all Planned Preventative Maintenances (PPM) are carried out and completed in line with contracted obligations
• Ensure KPI/SLA response times are delivered as and when required.
• Ensure all procedures are adhered to and updated regularly to the support team.
• Provide support for Admin/ Engineers/Managers as and when required
• Ensure your training records are up to date and any expiry is to be flagged to management as required.
• Ensure your tools and equipment are suitable and in good working order.
• Ensure Uniform and clothing is clean and tidy condition
• Ensure your company vehicle is clean and tidy.
• Ensure your car stocks are in good condition.
• Attendance of Internal, external meetings and training courses as and when required by Management
• Any other relevant duties as defined or required by the Manager.

Desirable knowledge and Skills

• Experience of working within Field Support/Office environment
• Experience of working with the operation of “CASH” mentor(on call) or similar system
• High Experience of field based High End Integrated systems.
