Zitko Talent’s designed to attract exceptional engineering talent from outside Fire & Security, including college leavers and those with experience in other sectors. The 12-month programme offers trainees paid employment from day one, combined with around 300 hours of certified product training and theoretical study towards a Level 3 industry qualification. All applicants go through a detailed evaluation process, including state-of-the-art aptitude testing to create a high-quality talent pool.
CDVI will be running courses covering practical sessions on the basics of a standalone access control, door automation and biometric systems. Talent trainees will learn about how about how keypads, locking mechanisms, ancillaries, and other elements connect and work in combination to keep premises secure.

We will also be working with our partners on another key aspect of our mission: championing exceptional standards. And we will be helping to be part of a solution to the emerging skills shortage.
The curriculum fee covers all expenses associated with recruiting, training, and mentoring, as well as additional guarantees if your trainee does not complete their course. There is also government funding available.
The programme provides: -
