Based in Buckinghamshire, UK, Evolution is one of the world’s leading security systems integrators.
The company works mostly for large corporate and government organisations, providing sophisticated solutions equal to the most serious emerging threats.
In this case, the company was installing high-end systems for one of the world’s largest tech companies, at various sites across Sweden.
We were tasked with providing contractors who understood high-end systems and could work safely in large buildings where quality workmanship and attention to detail were vital.
Our contractor network came into its own. We identified a number of available contractors registered with us and were able to obtain some valuable referrals.
We then conducted a rapid selection and vetting process, so that we could deploy in line with some tight timescales.
All of the contractors were engaged by Zitko. We supported the engineers as they deployed.
As with all our deployments, the contractors could log their hours and expenses on our online portal via their mobile device, ready for the client to sign off.
This minimises paperwork or everyone and ensures contractors are paid quickly, typically by the end of the following week.
The deployment itself was highly successful and the feedback on our contractors was outstanding.
We also identified and engaged a specialist in Swedish Health & Safety regulations on behalf of Evolution.
Contracted to us, they provide full site Health & Safety advice and support, including risk assessments, training and regulatory compliance.
