What’s your elevator pitch?

I'm the Commercial Director at Zitko Group, a specialist talent solutions provider for the Security & Fire industry. We work globally, supporting our clients with their recruitment & retention strategy whilst connecting top-tier talent with the best employers in the industry. We focus on delivering exceptional service and creating long-term partnerships, ensuring that both our clients and candidates achieve their goals.

What do you do every day?

My role is focused on driving & supporting the company’s growth, daily activities revolve around three core pillars: developing partnerships, driving sales and marketing activities, and enhancing customer engagement.

Who are you interested in talking to?

I am interested with employers & business owners in the Security & Fire industry who are looking to improve their recruitment processes and employee retention. Whether you are maintaining an existing workforce, expanding into new markets or territories (regionally or globally), require solutions for short or long-term project delivery or growing through mergers & acquisitions, I would love to talk to you about how Zitko can support.

What do you like to do for fun?

Time outside of work is dedicated to my family and enjoying the different adventures of being a dad to 4 boys can bring. Being able to share a pint, watch the football, play pool / snooker, or support on important life decisions with my older lads, whilst seeing Jude take his first steps, learning to communicate and develop his own personality and sense of humour is amazing!

I’m a big fan of food and drink, so we’ll often get out to food festivals, learning new ways of cooking, hosting family & friends for BBQs and I love exploring pubs… country pubs, pubs with views, historic pubs, pubs owned by famous people & pubs in the middle of nowhere – luckily my partner does to!

Oh, and watching Only Fools & Horses.
