Making redundancies is never easy. No one enjoys doing it and even though we can try and do everything we can to prevent them, sometimes they are just out of our control.

The solution entails a day’s coaching in the skills your leavers will need to find their next role, including things such as writing their CVs and interview preparation. It takes place virtually and caters for 12 participants maximum.
