Embedded Account Manager

Our client, a global leader in the design, implementation, and management of advanced security systems for high-tech, mission-critical facilities, is on the hunt for an embedded Account Manager to join the team based out of their Letchworth office. As an entity, they specialise in delivering integrated security solutions that include access control, CCTV, and sophisticated security measures for some of the most innovative and challenging environments. As an Embedded Account Manager, you will be the key driver in maintaining the health and satisfaction of their client relationships. You will work closely with clients and internal teams, collaborating with Program and Operations Managers to ensure the successful delivery of security, access control, and CCTV projects. This role demands clear communication, project management skills, and the ability to balance multiple priorities while ensuring projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and on-budget.

You will need to have proven experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager, or a relevant role, within an industry related field. You will have a track record in working with key stake holders at all levels, but in particular C-suite level executives. You must have an approach that is client driven, and believe in creating quality, tailored solutions to best support your client base.
