Reports To: Contracts Manager

Location: Buckinghamshire - this is an office-based role so you must live within a reasonable commutable distance to the office.

Responsibilities:

• Providing admin support to the Contracts team
• Data entry with Contract paperwork for renewals and new business
• Answering telephone calls / queries
• Checking and responding to emails and supporting the Contracts team

Experience required:

• You will be comfortable using all Microsoft programmes
• A clear understanding of general Admin tasks
• Excellent data entry skills, timely, efficient and accurate
• Previous office experience
• Good spoken and written English
• Good communication skills
• Team player

Package:

• c£30,000 - £40,000 DOE
• 20 days’ holiday plus bank holidays increasing with service
