Our client is a specialist in the maintenance and management of fire suppression systems, offering services such as periodic pressure testing, recovery, recycling, certification, and storage of fire suppression agents, including Halons, HFCs, and other ozone-depleting substances (ODS). As Commercial Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s sales strategy, driving business growth, and managing a team of internal and external sales professionals. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, strengthening relationships with key OEMs, and ensuring profitability through strategic pricing and contract negotiations. You do not necessarily need an in-depth knowledge within their specific area of fire suppression, as this can be taught, however a strong understanding of the fire industry and a relevant contact base will be essential for being successful in this role.
