Embedded Customer Success Manager📍 Location: Santa Monica, CA (Onsite)

We are currently looking for an Embedded Customer Success Manager to work onsite at our client's Santa Monica office. You’ll be the go-to person for our contract workers, managing their performance, and handling any issues that pop up.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer success, team management, and a deep understanding of the importance of creating positive client relationships. Our client has positioned itself as a company at the intersection of social media, communication, and immersive experiences, with a strong emphasis on visual content, AR, and innovative user engagement. This role is to work within the Global Security Team.

What you’ll be doing:

Leading and supporting the teams both in the US and the UK.
Being the point of contact for any issues and ensuring they’re resolved quickly.
Building relationships with internal teams, and making sure everyone is on track and happy.
Monitoring performance and helping the team level up.
Keeping all stakeholders in the loop with regular updates and reports.
This role is based a minimum of 3 days a week in the clients modern Santa Monica office.
