We are currently looking for an Embedded Customer Success Manager to work onsite at our client's Santa Monica office. You’ll be the go-to person for our contract workers, managing their performance, and handling any issues that pop up.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer success, team management, and a deep understanding of the importance of creating positive client relationships. Our client has positioned itself as a company at the intersection of social media, communication, and immersive experiences, with a strong emphasis on visual content, AR, and innovative user engagement. This role is to work within the Global Security Team.
