Our client, a leader in fire risk management, is seeking a New Business Sales Executive to expand their client base across key sectors including property management, healthcare, education, construction, and more. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking company and play a key role in promoting vital safety services such as Fire Risk Assessments, Fire Door Inspections, Fire Strategy Plans, and Legionella Support.
In this role, you’ll take a proactive approach to identifying and securing new business opportunities, targeting decision-makers like building owners, facilities managers, and compliance officers. You’ll promote a full suite of services to ensure clients’ premises are safe and compliant with fire safety regulations. From conducting in-person and virtual sales presentations to closing deals and managing your pipeline, you’ll have the autonomy to drive sales growth while working closely with operations and technical teams to meet client needs.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the sales process and the ability to explain technical services in a clear, compelling way to non-technical clients. You’ll need excellent communication and negotiation skills, and be self-motivated to exceed targets. Experience in fire safety, compliance, or risk management is a bonus, but not essential—full training is provided. A full UK driving license and willingness to travel is required.
