The accelerated development programme is designed for people who would like to train as engineers, in a professional field that offers tremendous career opportunities.
Over a circa 18-week period, you will be provided with intensive, structured training and work experience that will prepare you for your first fire engineering role.
From this point you will be mentored to enhance your skill as you become a specialist in Chubb’s pace setting technologies, solutions, and methods.

The initial phase will consist of week-long modules alternating between residential classroom training, manufacturer systems certification and shadowing colleagues in the field, during which we will continuously assess your performance.
At the end of your training, you will gain formal certification before taking up your first field role.

Chubb's Accelerated Development Programme gives you the training, work experience and mentoring you need to begin your career as an engineer.
You don’t need technical experience or qualifications to start the course. If you’ve an aptitude for engineering, we’ll spot it. And then we’ll provide the rest.
