Project Administrator – Security Projects

Location: Dietzenbach (Frankfurt area) | Salary: ~€34,000 | Full-time, Office-based

We’re looking for a Project Administrator to support a busy security projects team in the Dietzenbach / Frankfurt region. The role involves coordinating installations, managing project documentation, handling schedules, and supporting financial processes to ensure smooth project delivery.

You must be:

• Fluent in English

• Within a commutable distance of the Dietzenbach area (office-based role)

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with LSPs and assist Project Managers with installation schedules

• Manage change orders, project documentation and CRM updates

• Support project planning, reporting and close-out processes

• Liaise with Finance for invoicing and track procurement and deliveries

• Assist with proposals, cost estimations and general administrative tasks

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in customer-facing or commercial environments

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

• High proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel

• Positive, proactive attitude with strong prioritisation skills
